Thanking Jessica and Linda and for supplying
tasty sweet bites and Judy for bringing delicious fruit
last Tuesday for the celebration
of the publication of Tricia's book,
"From Boston, to Bangkok, Bombay and Beyond."

Appreciating Tim Havens for
bringing sweet bites (and bacon?!)
and Francie for bringing fruit this Tuesday!
Linda will be perking coffee, and
the carafe which Jessica purchased for the club's use
for boiling water will be ready for tea.

BOARD NOTES:

Per Board review, this Tuesday, we will be returning
to the $10/wk. breakfast charge. The return to our
previous fee was necessitated by the fact that
the room rental must be factored into
that income which also covers the serving
items and cost of coffee and half and half.
The folks who bring the food, however,
will not be charged the $10 for
the day that they provide it.

Going forward, it's really important that
the sign-up for food donations is
followed in an equitable manner so that
all members have an opportunity
to donate. Amy will be providing a sign-up sheet.
Please remember that there is no expectation that
any member should feel a heavy financial burden
in what is supplied. A light continental breakfast
is a great way to start the day with friends!

Also, we will continue the "coffee only" option
at $5/wk. for a limited number of members. This
option is offered only by lottery.
The sign-up and drawing for the 2024-2025 year
will be held in June.
