Make the Plunge on Jan. 3rd!
Join Rob in the water or simply plan on joining the fun of watching him plunge on Sat., Feb 3rd!

Please join Rotarians, Interactors, Rotaractors and friends of our 47 clubs who raise money and plunge in the waters off Long Beach, Gloucester on February 3, 2018.  This event is one of the most personally fulfilling, fun and rewarding events of the year. If you are interested in plunging with Rob, please let him know.

Spread Cream Cheese
The interact club is looking for volunteers to give out cream cheese bagels during the High School Mid Term exams. It's a great way to interact with the students and bond with your fellow Rotarians and Interactors. Shifts are:
  • Tues., 1/23 through Fri., 1/26
  • There are two shifts  7:15 AM-9 AM and 10:15 AM-11AM
  • The 7:15 AM shift requires 4 volunteers
  • The 10:15 shift requires 2-3 volunteers
Please email jnye@ngbank.com if you can help any of those 4 days. Thank you for your support!

A Message from Judith...
A good chunk of this good news is from the efforts of Rotary worldwide: "Thanks to better access to clean water and sanitation, the number of children around the world who are dying from diarrhoea has fallen by a third since 2005" ~ BBC

January 23rd Postponed!
As you know, The Landing Restaurant in Marblehead has suffered water damage from a burst pipe. They will likely be closed for a couple of months. Consequently, the Scholarship Dinner we had scheduled for January 23rd will be postponed to a date yet to be decided.
