Congratulations Lilibet Pleitez! Lilibet is a senior at the Lynn Vocational Technical Institute. She will be enrolling at North Shore Community College this fall and taking courses to fulfill her career choice of becoming a nurse.
Lilibet applied for The 2nd Chance Scholarship because she needed the financial help to be able to achieve her dreams. She wants to be successful in life and knows that education is the key to success.
“Lilibet has overcome many obstacles and achieved so much in her life. She came to the US from El Salvador five years ago with the hope of completing high school and attending college.”
A heartfelt thank you from Lilibet “ …I am very happy with the scholarship. I went yesterday to sign up my first class which will be September 11. I am glad that there are people like you out there that are willing to help people like me. I am thankful and God bless you all for all your help .” She will taking a phlebotomy course this upcoming semester.
